I placed an order for warehouse pickup. When can I collect it?
Please wait for a confirmation email stating that your order is ready for pickup before coming to the warehouse. For special requests, please contact us at order@aprilice.se.
How long do I have to pick up my order after it's packed?
After packing, we keep the order for up to ten working days. If, after the ten working days have elapsed, the order is still in our warehouse without any further information, the order will be canceled, and a handling fee will be charged. For specific requests, please contact us at leverans@aprilice.se.
